Job: Orthotics Team Leader – Plastics/Metal Dept

We are now reciting for this role at Leeds Unit 7.  This role will report directly to the Shift Manager.  The role of the Orthotics Team leader is to provide and develop statistical analysis of KPI, delivery performance improvement and quality, right first time , philosophies as well as “best people practices”.  Day to day reporting on throughput and assisting in implementing W.C.M techniques as well as day to day running of the department.

Key Responsibilites

• Day to day KPI analysis
• Return to work procedures
• Work closely with quality on NCR’s
• Incorporated w.c.m technicians in factory
• Improve delivery performance
• Fully understand the use of medtech system for scheduling
• Assit in Business Development
• Support Best People Practices
• Day to day running of department
