Limbcare Technician of the Year closing date extended
Jan 26th
The closing date for nominations for the Limbcare Technician of the Year Award has been extended until 29th of February. This is down to the fact that the judges will not be able to meet until late March to consider the nominations so we felt it would give us an opportunity to give nominators another month to send in their nominations.
Do you know a Technician who goes that extra mile? Someone who makes sure their patients device is suitable for their activities or has a great understanding of what their patient needs. Maybe it’s a Technician who has overcome barriers to allow them to carry out their duties, or Technicians who consistently produce excellent and innovative devices? Well now is your chance to give them something back by nominating them for the Limbcare Technician of the Year Award.
The prize is £400 and the Technician can be nominated by anyone, be it a Manager, a Clinician, a fellow Technician or a Patient or User. Limbcare will shortlist 3 Technicians before deciding the winner and the 2 runners-up will also receive a cash prize.
To nominate your Technician of the Year simply tell us in under 400 words why they should win this award. Send your entry together with a completed Nomination Detail Form to the BAPO Secretariat at the address below. Nomination forms can also be downloaded from the BAPO website www.bapo.com or click here
